Macro that Searches and Populates

Hi friends. I need help with a macro. I need the INV ELV, Pipe Size, and Pipe Type from the AS-BUILT sheet to populate in the correct row in the TBC TEXT sheet based on the STR ID and DIR.

AND if there is no DIR (direction) but the Shot Location says CL TOP, the INV ELV will populate under TOP in TBC TEXT based on the STR ID.
