Hi,
I have an Okay knowledge of excel but have never used macros before.
The workbook I am using currently has a lot of quarterly input data that I need to convert to annual figures. I have updated the formulas throughout for the calculations and outputs across a number of tabs but am hoping to save some time with the inputs by running a macro that can annualise the quarterly numbers.

Is there a way using macros that I would be able to convert different quarterly figures ($, % & #) into an annual amount based on either weighted averages or their respective sums?

happy to give any other info.
Thanks

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Sure, but your question is too general for anyone to tell you how.
One can tell a macro to take a number/row/sheet/sepecific-data-set and multiply itself by 4 (or whatever...), but one cannot tell a sheet to annualize itself.
