Macro to highlight multiple words and open the highlighted word hyperlinks in a webpage

I wanted to know the code for a macro to search and highlight multiple set words in a webpage and to open the highlighted word hyperlinks in the webpage?

Note: In the process the website is same all the time but the webpage changes, so there should be an option so that macro code can be executed after opening the webpage.

And also can you explain the process to execute the code.
