I haven't used Quickbooks, but I'm pretty sure such a function is built-in nowadays. I doubt you'll need a macro. Have you looked for an Export option in the Quickbooks menus?
I successfully transfered the address book tables in txt to excel. But I asked the wrong question. I would like to transfer multiple lines from different forms in quickbooks to access/excel. Each form is a different customer and we would like to extract a line or two of data from each customer and add that in an access database(preferrably) or in excel. There's about 400 lines of data. Thank you.
