Macros - hide and unhide

I want to hide rows 9:11 if the answer to C8 is no, if the answer is yes, then unhide them. If nothing is written, then hidden.
Does the name of the sheet matter?

Yes if the code is in a module.
If the sheet is the active sheet then you can use Activesheet in your code.
If the code is in the activesheet's codewindow, you dont.
