Markers in Horizontal Bar Charts

With column bar charts, you can plot a second series with a line graph (minus the line) to show markers on top of the bars (for example you might want to show say 2005 figures on the bars and have the markers showing the corresponding 2000 value). However, is is possible to do something similar and add markers to the equivalent horizontal bar chart?

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
You can do it but the line has to be a xy-scatter, in order for it to go up rather than along.

You will need to fix the min/max of the secondary value axis in order to allow the xy points to align with the bars.

The X values will obviously be the variable data values.
The Y values need to be specified. 0.5 , 1.5, 2.5 etc
