I have a pivot table that is reading thousands of records.

The pivot has three filters, one of which is the amount of time since yada yada yada.

I want it only to show things within the past 5 days, but I don't want to manually click through the filter for a thousand different possibilities.

I feel like there should be an easy way to do this, it's just beyond me at this point! (And if there isn't, a macro wouldn't hurt, either)

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Add a column to the data source you can filter by, where A2 is your date: =IF(TODAY()<A2+5,"last 5 days","")
