merging data from workbook to work sheet

my work is create a file where there r five tabs with five agent name with same column name and date of company tender ...that date r send to those 5 agent ...they make update on that file and return back ......i use to merge all 5 data in one sheet and make update on the last send version ......all the update they make r highlighted in yellow color ....can any one any easier method
