The only thing I know of is to open from Word using "Recover text from any file" option. See if you get anything meaningful or anything that you could copy into Excel.
Word will open the file, the format has been modified into a .txt yet the field of data is in five or six rows instead of one row. Excel imports the data into multiple rows instead on one row.
