I am looking to create a two column list from the table titled "Meals" the Range is $C$6:$F$117. Have played with formulas and am coming up dry on a result. Trying to make planning for feeding this infant easier... instead I have created a puzzle.

Would like to get something like this from the table "Meals":

"Meals" Table Clip of top portion again, the full range is $C$6:$F$117 to provide four week worth :

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Thank you in advance. I get a lot of ideas and solutions from viewing the threads on this site. You folks are the real MVPs

RangeFormula
H7:H22H7=IFERROR(INDIRECT(TEXT(AGGREGATE(15,3,(ROW($C$7:$F$16)*100+COLUMN($C$7:$F$16))/(COUNTIF($H$6:$H6,$C$7:$F$16)=0)/($C$7:$F$16<>""),1),"R00C00"),0),"")
I7:I22I7=IF(H7="","",COUNTIF($C$7:$F$16,H7))

You'd want to try for consistency with the names, you can see that Sweet Potato and Sweet Potatoes come out on different lines. And I assume that Pear/Spinach/Pea means you have a "game-time" decision, so you'll have to figure that out when you shop.

Awesome, adjusted it to meet the table area and rocks it. I will keep that string in mind in the future. Many thanks!
