Hello and thanks to anyone who thinks they can help me.

I'm brand spanking new at VBA and I'm try to create a Macro so that I can transfer data from one sheet to another. The information is the same on the next sheet except I add another column which you can see in picture labeled #2. I was hoping there was a way to make

  1. Sheet Name "Bids Sent"

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Sorry hit enter.

I was hoping to make it some kind of toggle switch or something else not completely sure. I would be willing to take suggestions on how to handle moving the data and making it easy and uncomplicated for someone other then me. I'm not the only person that has access to this information and was trying to see if there was a way to make data transfer easier and not hard.

Welcome to the board!
You don't see which row the data is.
I don't see the columns either.

You can comment:
What is the source sheet? and what is the destination sheet?
Copy the data from the source sheet, but from which row?
Paste the data into the destination sheet, but which row?

Thanks, Happy belated birthday.

Source Sheet - Bids Sent
Destination Sheet - Accepted Bids
Current row is 1019, I would like to copy rows after the Po has been filled
Next available row.

Source Sheet - Bids Sent - ok
Destination Sheet - Accepted Bids - ok

How to know when the PO has been filled?
Another option is that you select a cell, say cell A1020 and press a button, then the macro copy row 1020.

Next available row. - ok

You know the PO is filled when there is either a number or some text in there. Pretty much that field doesn't get filled if no PO, so if it is blank no copying. If it has something in it I copy it..

You want the automatic copy, that is, if you fill in the PO field, but all other data is empty, obviously you should not copy.
So, at what time would the macro run automatically?
