Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
Your best bet is going to be to either use a Table or a dynamic print area.
For details on setting up a dynamic print area see:
You will end up with a Print_Area named range that uses a formula that looks something like this:
Excel Formula:
=OFFSET($A$1,0,0,COUNTA($A$1:$A$200),COUNTA($A$1:$Z$1))
Note: CountA counts non-blank cells, so don't use the column that is returning "" since those lines will be counted.
Use a column that you can rely on to always be populated.
If you have empty rows above the column that you are using to count the rows, you will need to add them to the CountA result in the 2nd last position of the formula being the CountA of the rows.
