Forgive me if something similar is posted elsewhere. (I searched and couldn't find exactly what i am looking to do.)

What I am trying to accomplish is to count how many closed accounts a manager closed in a given month. On a similar note; I am trying to Sum the total number of days that it takes to close accounts for a month.

Here are the COLUMNS i have set up.

CLOSURE (DAYS) || MANAGERS || MONTH CLOSED

I am debating writing a macro; but curious if there are some formulas that would be able to do the math instead. I am proably asking a n00b question; but it is early in the day

I am used to 2007 (which have various formulas such as COUNTIFS that I apparently do not have access to.) which I have used in similar situations.

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
That worked perfectly; thanks for the link. That explained things alot better than the standard MICROSOFT help files.

Thanks again; a huge help.

Now have to cross my fingers in hopes that I can get 2007 on this comp.
