Hi all,

New here! Quick question on multiple r sqaured. I'm trying to run a batch of about 400 regressions at once. I can do that pretty easily for a regression with one X and one Y with the RSQ formula in excel.

Issue is when I try and run a regression with 2 X's and 1 Y. I'd like to run a batch rather than use the Toolpak add-in one at a time. Anyone aware of a function in excel like RSQ to run this calculation? I'd also buy an add-in that would provide an RSQ formula for multiple r-sqauare calculations.

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
It is very easy to calculate r squared using the basic excel formula, I think all you will need is "average" . You can do this using multiple rows or columns or you could write you own VBA subroutine which you can get to do all 400 in one go.:
see this link for the equations you need: RSQ function
thinking about it you don'#t need average you can do that without formula too!!
