I am trying to make a cell multiply two other cells, only if another cell has text in it.

EG

make A1 multiply A2 and A3, but only if A4 has the word YES in it.

In the image attached, A1 should show 50 when A4 has the word YES typed in it. When no text, it stays blank.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
You mean like this?

Excel Formula:
=IF(A4="YES",A2*A3,"")
