Im some what new to excel and want to take a 4week/4line average of a cell. I want it to always be averaging h10-h13. The problem I'm having is when i insert a new line usually around line 9. My equation changes to h11-h14. Can anybody help me fix this?

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Welcome to the board.

Try the INDIRECT function:

=AVERAGE(INDIRECT("H10:H13"))
