Need help ignoring blank cells

Hello all.

I am looking to upload user inputted data on 1 sheet to another sheet that will be more printer friendly. Basically:

Sheet 1 will have columns as such:

1 Machine # Color Part

2 1 Red Washer

3 2 Yellow Bolt

4

5 7 Black Nut

6 7 Gold Nut


Sheet 2 will be blank except for column headings:

Machine # Color Part

1

6
7
8
9
10

I want to pull only the rows that have a machine # into the blank sheet 2 in whatever order the operator inputs without having any blank rows on sheet 2.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I don't know if a vlookup with nested if statements would be best, or if there is a better way.

Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).

Just copy everything over and then use F5>Special>Blanks> ctrl+-.

That's probably the fastest way. Or you could use a macro pretty simply. Formulas probably won't be very great at skipping blank cells.
