I, along with many others here, learned by answering questions and getting involved in the forum. The links in the above link have many tutorials. Find something new to learn each day & you'll get there!

The question is very subjective. Some learn better in a classroom setting, some like books, some like on-line tutorials, etc.
So which method works best really depends on the individual person.

This question gets asked every so often, so if you search, you may be able to find some old posts and can see some of the other recommendations people made.
If you do a Google search on "best way learn vba site:mrexcel.com", you will see many of these old topics.
