Need help on nested if formula

=IF(C8<>10," ",IF(H8=$L$1, " ","FALSE"))

I want to make a formula that if c8 =10 and H8= L1, then Error.
how do I make this code to work like that?

Try

=IF(AND(C10=10,H10=H1),"Error","")

If either one of those conditions are not met, the formula will result in blank.
