Need help urgently!

Hello Excel guru's!!

I'm abit stumped as to what formula's I should employ in the following problems. I'm trying to workout profit and profit per product for a few different locations.

Here's the first data set

And here's the second

And I want to put it in a table similiar to this

It's all rough atm so will fix it up.

But my first question is this.
1) I tried using VLOOKUP to no success trying to put the supplier info (VIC, NSW etc) in the profit section under "Location", as you can see it's blank with a massive red question mark. How would I do that?

2) What function do I use to sum all the profit and profit per product regarding locations? As I need to work out which supplier location is most profitable. I tried using SUMIF but I had no success. Any ideas?

Let’s say your first Sheet is names "Supplier" the second "Location",

Q1:

=INDEX(Location!$A$4:$C$100,MATCH(Supplier!B4,Location!$A$4:$A$100,),3)

Adjust ranges as you need

Q2:
How your Profit/product is determine?
Which columns from the "Product" Sheet?
