Need help with horizontal conditional formatting

Greetings:

I have a problem that should be simpler. I need to run a custom format on six cells to show duplication horizontally. The feature in Excel only gives me the option for columns, and I need it for rows.

Please advise.

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
