So I have been doing a lot of searching to no avail. I need to transfer data from one sheet to another sheet, by filters each night, then clear the data.

I want to transfer the data from the main sheet below to the breakdown sheet separated by machine f4 to the Fadel table, h6 to the Haas ect. at the same time copy data that has scrap reported to the scrap sheet. I would like this done each night at midnight, and once all the transferring has been completed clear the main sheet for the new days entry. Is this even possible?

Main Sheet:

Breakdown:

Scrap:

Thanks for any help.

Hi Jim

It would be possible to create a scheduled event to fire off an excel spreadsheet which has an autoopen macro in it. This macro would open your base workbook, and loop through each line copying the entries as needed, and clear the input area. I can't do anything now, but I can have a go at setting something up for you this evening (8pm UK BST).
