Need to pull and display relevant data

I created a named range and used that in the data validation command as a drop-down. Then I used VLOOKUP function to display values for that selection in five different columns (I had to copy the vlookup formula five times of course to do that).

Project Due As On 2/28/11 Pending Complete Descoped EDT
Select/Change Project E4 4 2 2 0 50.00%

Now, I have to display the list of Pending deliverables for each project. The problem is there are multiple deliverables for each project and the number varies from project to project. How do I use the selection of the project to extract this list (which function do I use and how?) to display the deliverables for that project?

Thanks
Sam

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Have you considered making a Pivot Table?

If you do a web search for Excel Pivot Table tutorial, you'll get a lot of help sites.

Well, I sort of did, but I could not figure out how to link it to selection in the list box. Thanks for your reply.
