Need to pull qualified data from one sheet to another

In the attached picture, I have a worksheet where I am summarizing information from another sheet. I used a countifs formula to calculate the numbers in column B. I need to be able to pull the actual information for the 3 rows identified in B29 from the original into the summary.

In the picture, I was able to accomplish this using a filter but that requires fixing it every time I update the data. Is there a better way?
