I have an Excel spreadsheet which I want to be uploaded on the Internet and to be used by me and my employees. The sheet contains company's private information that I want to keep secured. I want to somehow protect the file so that only the people who are using it to be able to work on it, but not have the option to download or use it for personal purposes. My question is how can I achieve this? Where can I upload this table and how can I protect it from theft?
