Non printable workbook

Hi Problem Solvers,

The aim is to remove any printing capabilities from a workbook. eg file>print (disabled) print screen (disabled).

and a separate option to remove the ability to copy and paste by user and page deleting.

Please help, I don't know where to start with this one.
