Normalization of grouped report in PQ or PP.

Hi everybody!

Here I have non normalized report with grouped rows (3 levels).
How could I unpivot it by PQ or PP? Is any way to read a level of current row by M or DAX?
I have done it by VBA, but it is not have such flexibility like PP&PQ.

I think no because rows grouping is a sheet property but not data in its cells. PQ can read only data of cells and their data types only.
