How convert/show number format from 8.123,00 to 8,123.00 in Excel 2010.

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Could be system format.

Excel Menu > Excel Options > Advanced > Editing Options >

Uncheck "Use system separators"
Change the separators you would like to use.
