I am currently using Excel 2000 (ver 9.0.6929 SP-3) with Win 2000 (ver 5.00.2195 SP-4). Whenever I open the VB Editor it causes Excel to crash when it closes, i.e. I get the "Excel.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows" error message. What is causing this and is there a cure. Opening the Editor also seems to cause other issues such as certain Excel functions may not work etc. I have a few addins installed and I'm just hoping I don't have to reinstall Excel and redo all the addins and custom stuff I've set up. Any words of wisdom?
