Optimize spending using Solver?

Is there a way to use Solver to maximize consumer spending?

Example:
I have 20 items on my Amazon wish list with varying prices. I have $250 to spend and I want to know how to optimize my spending to use all of the allowable amount. I understand that shipping could have an affect.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
