Hi,

Would this be the best place for me to request help on Outlook? If so, great! If not, can you please let me know the best place to do so (i.e. another forum, website, thread, etc).

Outlook 2013

I am running training for a small business and I need to provide a seamless way for the employees to sign up for the training. It is peer to peer training so its tricky.

I would like to provide a form that has the course listings, then two sets of time slots (1 hour and 2 hour blocks) that are populated when a course is chosen. Then when the form is filled out by the student, they would email the instructor which is also designated when the course is chosen on the form...and the form needs to act like an invitation for a meeting/task etc., so that when the form is sent the instructor can accept the invitation to teach the course that they are a teacher for, and it will populate for the student's and the teacher's outlook calendars.

It may sound like a lot, but I really need some guidance! Thanks!
