Paste - Destination Formatting Only

Hi all,

I am wanting to lock out my spreadsheet so basically if somebody copies and pastes into it, it always defaults the paste option as "Match Destination Formatting" and doesn't screw up the contents of the cell (ie like conditional formatting or style settings of the cell if copied from the web).

Is there any way of setting either each cell or a macro over the whole sheet under the ThisWorkbook part of VBA?

Any help would be appreciated!

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
