Can someone please help me convert an excel file that I have from the PC version into a Mac Version?

I receive an error when opening my excel in mac. The error I receive is: run time error 438.

I presume it is the VBA?

Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
The error just tells us that the object doesn't support the particular property. Do you have code in the workbook_open event? Do you have ActiveX objects in the workbook?

May I send you the workbook? - I had someone design the excel for me and don't understand VBA at all.

If you are willing to help, private message me with your email and I can send it.

Thank you!

I'm happy to look for something obvious but I can only test it on a PC.

If you still want me to look at it then upload the file to a file share site (I personally use Box) and PM me a link to it.

Thank you for offering your help.
Unfortunately, I need someone that can test the excel on a mac. Additionally, I would like to find someone that can convert the VBA code from a PC to a Mac so that it will operate correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.
