PERCENTAGE QUESTION

On sheet1 in column D I will have either "TO" or "TR". Column E I have a date. Column F, I have either yes or no.

What I want to do is put on sheet two the following stats

Up to the current date show how many "TO" "YES'S in percentage format

TO NO'S in percentage format
TR YES'S in percentage format
TR NO'S in percentage format

Any ideas?

Percentage of total count of populated rows? Or a specific set of rows?

I'm sorry for not being clear...

Percentage of TO YES'S to TO NO'S
Percentage of TR YES'S to TR NO's

It's very easy to do it with a pivottable, it will take less than a minute. If you don't know how to create a pivottable, I can tell you.

If you do know, do the following: put the 'TR/TO' field in the as a 'row' field, the 'Yes/No' as a 'column field', and any field (for instance 'date') in the data area. After this, you change the field settings of the data field by double-clicking on 'count of date' button, clicking on the 'options >>' and choose 'show data as' to '% of row'
