PERSONAL.XLS not re-loading

Dear world,

I've searched the Board without luck.

My Personal.xls file won't reload behind Excel. In fact, when this started I lost a recent version with a few new macros/versions. In the past, I've opened Personal.xls when Excel was open, closed and the Personal would open (hidden) with Excel the next time. That didn't work this time. I even tried to edit Personal.xls the saving changes upon closing Excel.

I'm on Excel 2003 SP3.

did you save the personal.xls file in xlstart folder.

Hi Bruce

Try going Help>About Microsoft Excel>Disabled Items and see if it is listed there. If so, uncheck it.
