Pivot table averages incorrect, how to force correct it?

I am sure there is a simple fix for this but I am unable to make my pivot table spit out average times/duration for each loan type i have in my data sheet. Can someone please help?

Create a new Pivot Table, except at the the wizard screen, choose to add the data to the Data Model.
When using the data model, you'll have an additional "Distinct Count" available.

Hey SpillerBD,
i am able to get the distinct count for the loan numbers, but how can i make the average times use that distinct count for calculating its average values? please advise!
