I'm trying to have "2000 Central Parkway" display to the right of the "Carrington Park-2990" field, and so on for the other addresses below. I'm stuck. Any ideas? Sorry but I'm a novice at Pivot Tables.

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
I generated the picture from the Mr Excel HTML tool, but it is not displaying the pivot table detail properly.

Without knowing how your data is setup, its hard to know how the pivot is responding to your data. First though, set your pivot table in classic view. To do this, go to Pivot Table Options>Display>Select Classic Pivot Table Layout. Then put your region and address in the Row Labels section. See how that works.

Thanks for the reply. I think it had to do with the Report Layout. Once I switched this to Tabular View (Pivot Table tools-->Design->Report Layout->Show in Tabular Form) it fixed it.
