Pivot Table Expansion

So, wife is working a pivot table. Lets say in column A she has different city names. in another column, say M, she has a total square footage number. If she clicks on her city it opens several other rows. i.e. City is Mexico City and clicking it opens up 7 rows of locations in Mexico City. In column M, the total square feet repeats in each row, making it seem as if she has 7 times the space.......

How can she click the city to expand, but have that square footage value not expand? If that makes sense....
