Hi,

Really having trouble with my Pivot Table. Need to categorize my rows by the results I get in data count. Okay so I've created the table successfully. Basic breakdown of what I have; in the rows I have individual users, in the data I have a count of different deliveries done by each (so a whole number counting all deliveries done by that person). Now what I need to do is categorize the individuals who do "0-5" delivers, "6-10" deliveries, and so on. Any thoughts on how to go about this? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
I've tried grouping, but it only allows me to group the users, not by the resulting count. :( is there something I am missing? Thanks

Yes you can do this. Drag the deliveries field into the Columns area of the pivot table. You can then group this, per the link I posted.
