Pivot table issues

Hi,

I have created a template for providing monthly reports on financial figures. I paste 1x row per project in sheet(1), then I have 7x sheets with the exact information (they are all linked). To those 7x sheets I have 7 different pivot tables.

When I update sheet(1) with new information and refresh all Pivot Tables, in the PivotChart Fields>field: Project names I need to filter all project names manually to show up in the chart. Is there a way to just click the refresh button and get an updated chart without manual adjustments in the pivotchart fields?

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
If I understand what you need:

Open the Pivot Table Field List and click on the filter field ....

... then Field Settings there should be a tick box at the bottom "Include new items in manual filter"
