Hello, I am currently working on a spreadsheet which manages movie reviews. I have 4 categories, Below standard, Good, Superior and Outstanding. I have a sample data set of 50 movies, The movies were rated in June and then again In december(Separate columns). When I try put these into a pivot I have my row pane as End year review, my four categories populate the pivot at expected, however when I do a count of Mid year and a count of end of year to go side by side next to eachother my values are exactly the same. It's like it not reading the two columns as separate and only reading one.

This is taking me ages to try figure it out and I cant, any help would be great.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Please upload a sample of your data and a mock up of your expected solution. Do not post pictures as we cannot manipulate data in pictures. Use the XL2BB function. See my signature for instructions.
