Pivot Table Question

I have a table that is structured:
Rows=Supervisor, Employee
Columns=Months
The pivot table merely counts whether an employee is on the rolls for a given month. My question is that, the last supervisor has most, but not all, of his employees listed with their name followed by a 2. Do not understand why. There is only one supervisor-employee pairing in the table. Would appreciate your help.
