pivot table - some numbers can't be grouped when updating data source

I copied a tab with several pivot tables into a new work sheet and updated the data source with the tab in the new excel sheet and it will change the original 5 groups into 7 groups and some numbers just cannot be grouped.
And it is not for all rows with the same numbers. Like for 12 rows that are 327, only 3 rows are listed out. If I change that to any numbers it can be grouped into the right group, just can't be 327.
