When I create a pivot table with customers down the side, they are always sorted alphabetically.

How can I make it sort by revenue? (Descending)

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Hi Bill,

Assuming revenue is a data field? Double click the top of the Column Field (A3?) and click the Advanced... button and then change the Using Field setting in the dropdown at the bottom left of the AutoSort options settings.
