Pivot table with double row

I am trying to create a pivot table from the following data.

into the following format and I am stuck adding the additional row can someone provide assistance please?

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Aside from Changing the Data Source, I would suggest clearing any Filters on the existing Pivot Table.
Other than that, you would need to provide additional information.
