Bob had 20 Tickets last month and 5 of them have a value of Open in the column for Status. Hundred of other people are in my data with comparable info. I can do a pivot table to see what % of the Open tickets are Bob's and everybosdy else's.
But - How can I do a Pivot Table that tells me what percentage of each individual's tickets are Open?

As in
Bob, 20, 5, 25%
Joe, 50, 10, 20%
etc

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Maybe like so
