Pivot Tables with extra "2"

I have a database with names and tables. The pivot table returns the correct table number but one of the names is incorrect.

Data:
Dough, John 1
Dough, Jane 1
Doe, John 1
Doe, Jane 1


The value is returned as:
Dough, John2

any ideas?
