I'm trying to copy the last seven lines from a table in worksheet in file X to worksheet in file Y.

I know how to get to the very last line using:

worksheet X.Range("A65536").End(xlUp)

but what is the code to get it to select the next 7 lines up only?

I'm really feeling it's Friday today!
