Plot Scatter Graph Excel 2010

Hi everyone,

Hopefully someone can help...

I'm trying to set up a scatter graph using the data below and come up with 2 main issues:

1) The 'X' axis seems to double in number and plot random figures
2) I can't get the data labels to show the relavant 'A', 'B' etc


If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Hard Way:
Define 5 series in the scatter plot. Series Name = Process; Series X values = Level of change; Series Y values = Complexity
Turn on labels for each series (point). Format labels to be = Series Name
