Populate a cell when another cell is referenced?

🖐️:) Hello,

The above represents two separate sections of a worksheet. Columns D and E are populated with data that will be referenced in a different section. Can I reference D4 in A2, and have it automatically fill B2 with E4? Then the result in A2 would be "Pachyderm" and the result in B2 would be "5,000."
